Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy covers non-attendance for booked appointments. 

Notice of cancellation or non attendance is always required. Cancellation or non attendance may be subject to charge.

We reserve the right to charge full payment of the standard fee for non attendance.  Notification of cancellation is required at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. The circumstances of cancellation will be taken into consideration.

We ask for cancellation notice in order that other patients may book the slot. If we can fill the slot, we may not ask for a cancellation fee. 

If a patient fails to attend an appointment without notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
