Shelley James
Received her Masters Degree in Osteopathy in 2017 following 4 years of osteopathic and medical training at the European School of Osteopathy. She is confident in the application of many forms of manual therapy treatments including the visceral and cranial fields. Her training has enabled Shelley to develop a clear understanding of life adaptation which she uses in her treatment sessions.
Shelley became interested in dietary treatments following a personal illness. After her own research she decided to undertake an Advance Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management. Shelley has a unique approach to investigating dietary issues which is very specific to each patient.
Shelley is very happy to share as much knowledge as she has to as many people as want it. She is happy to provide lots of information in one treatment session or provide a series of sessions of support. This is the same for manual therapy as it is for dietary and nutrition advice. If you want to self-manage your issues then she believes this is your prerogative. Shelley will give you as much advice as you need.
Shelley believes people should always be in charge of their health and well being. It is important for people like her with knowledge to share information.
Jayne Jones
Is our counsellor and practitioner for hypnotherapy and reflexology. Jayne has a degree in Psychology and subsequent post graduate counselling certificates which allows her to help people over the age of 18 years. Her approach aims to focus her clients on acknowledging their past but primarily focusing on their future and who they want to be.
Patients of Jayne have given excellent feedback. She has aided people with recovery from medical anxiety, long term cancer anxiety, different types of addiction and obsessive behaviours. She aims to use all skills with treatments so can mix counselling with hypnotherapy where the need arises.
Jayne qualified as a hypnotherapist and reflexologist in 2024, as part of her Higher International Diploma in Naturopathy.
A family affair….
Shelley and Jayne are identical twins so don’t be surprised if you feel like you are seeing double!!
As well as her own sessions, Jayne runs the clinic within the week. If your appointment with Shelley is before noon, you will see them both.
