Shelley James: Received her Masters Degree in Osteopathy in 2017 following 4 years of osteopathic and medical training at the European School of Osteopathy. She is confident in the application of many forms of manual therapy treatments including the visceral and cranial fields. Her training has enabled Shelley to develop a clear understanding of life adaptation which she uses in her treatment sessions.
Shelley became interested in dietary treatments following a personal illness. Since this time she has completed an Advance Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management and is very keen in helping people with dietary issues. She has a unique approach to investigating dietary illness which people can either do themselves or with her support in follow-up sessions.
Ethos: Shelley is very happy to share as much knowledge as she has to as many people as want it. She is happy to provide lots of information in one treatment session or provide a series of sessions of support. This is the same for manual therapy as it is for dietary and nutrition advice. If she can send you away with an ear full of knowledge and you want to self-manage your issues then she believes this is your prerogative. Patients should always be in charge of their own health and wellbeing and it is important for people with knowledge to share the information.

Jayne has a degree in Psychology and subsequent post graduate counselling certificates which allows her to help people over the age of 18 years. Her humanistic approach aims to focus her clients on acknowledging their past but primarily focusing on their future self and who they want to be.
Jayne qualified as a hypnotherapist in 2024 and is also qualified in the same year as a Naturopath. She has further qualifications in Iridology and Phytology and the most recent certification achieved has been foot reflexology. She is currently working through a hand reflexology course and will be able to add this skill to her large repertoire during the first quarter of 2024.
We have already had fantastic feedback about Jayne’s Reflexology treatments from people that have experienced that type of treatment from other practitioners. One stated “Jayne didn’t tickle my feet like some and equally didn’t use too much pressure. I had a great night’s sleep and more importantly, I had a very comfortable bowel movement this evening too, having had a lot of difficulty over the past few weeks”.
